Job Description

MassiveMusic London is currently looking for a remarkable and enterprising individual to help spread the good word about MassiveMusic. Your mission is to nurture and expand our network within the UK advertising industry and ultimately create business opportunities.


You really are a remarkable individual. Always eager and hungry. Enterprising, efficacious and effective. You are a magnet. People are drawn to you because you are interesting. And when you’re not interesting, you are listening to other interesting people. You have pin-sharp focus, quick wit, a charming persona and you see the connection between people and possibilities. You know music. You love music. Not just any kind of music. All kinds of music. New and Old. Popular and Rare. You have no problem with threesomes. That is - You, Art and Commerce in the same bed for a roaring good time. 

You finished a school. Preferably a higher education from a real university. In addition to a diploma, you have that ‘something’ that no curriculum can teach. Intelligence, street smarts - ability to deal with people from all walks of life. Advertising is unlike any other industry so we prefer you’re no stranger to the way things work there. This could be from your time at a production company, agency, label, publisher or similar, but you must have a great network of creative advertising or film production company contacts. 

Detailed Responsibilities: 

Your primary focus will be to source music production opportunities (original compositions and licensing) in the UK advertising industry.   You will gain new clients from cold contact whilst also maintaining those that are warm. 

You will work closely with the UK Head of Creative Development to research the market and prepare new business strategies. You strive to achieve and surpass set objectives and you challenge yourself and the team to raise the bar a little higher every time.

You will keep up-to-date CRM and sales pipeline data and regularly report to the the UK Head of Creative Development and UK Managing Director.

Socialising is be a key part of the role and you will feel naturally at home within the UK advertising industry.

As the face of the company, the first impression is made by you.  With this in mind, you will live and breath our company culture, be aware of our position in the industry and creatively leverage this advantage at all times.

You will work in close collaboration with the global communications department, ensuring all sales materials are up-to-date and relevant.


12 Month contract leading to renewal or permanent.  

Full Time.  Actually, full time doesn’t quite grasp it. It's like the kind of full time that Jay Z does.
