The idea is based on a motto that Trabzonspor fans use: “Bize Her Yer Trabzon” - “Everywhere is Trabzon for Us” This means that they carry their culture and their city in their heart everywhere. Historically, Trabzonspor is the first team to win the championship out of the 3 big Istanbul teams. They are the first ones to break the monopoly of 3 dominant Istanbul clubs and they are a city team. They represent the whole city and they are the symbol of the uprising of the Anatolian teams which were more modest in terms ıf budgets and the number of fans. And this film is for these fans that are very far away from their homes but they carry their team, their home and their families in their hearts.

This job came in on the last week of May and we had to prep and shoot in 4 different countries located in 4 different continents + Turkey. We had to find the fans, locations and set-up equipment, production and permits in such a short time. We shot with Alexa Mini LF, Aaton Penelope 35mm, Panasonic S1H and a few DJI drones.
