​I was excited to compose for Shannon Murphy for Aje Fractal, featuring the Pre-Fall 22 Biophilia collection and as the name suggests, it was a perfect opportunity to make a musical idea modular / deconstructed at the start and then collate the sum of the parts and bring them together to form the body of the music. ​It keeps the listener guessing and not formulating a set idea on what they’re about to hear. 

The composition evolved to become a minimal electro neo-classical beat driven piece.
​Shannon’s eye and direction and costume design with a contemporary classical aural world made sense. It retained a sophisticated feel with some contemporary edge, while also keeping it playful at times with, for example, mouth clicks and unique sounding percussion.
