The most famous and respectable Kyiv residential complex "Novopecherski Lypky" wanted to make an advertising campaign. But what to offer to the complex when everyone already knows that this place is "just WOW"?

Our agency decided to make a video not about well-known facts like total square meters and the number of houses but to tell about the uniqueness of the complex – its residents because it is really important to choose not only location or building but also your future neighbors.

So we shot a commercial about Novolipki’s VIBE, the neighborhood’s atmosphere, and what it is like — local life. We created advertising for people — those people who live in Novopecherski Lypky.
We accelerated ultimately and invented surprisingly stunning tricks with overturning, upturning, clothes changing, and wall-walking! Otherwise, this vibe can’t be seen. And we filmed what could be filmed alive; the rest is the work of our 3D artists. Then we mixed the filmed and modeled pieces, cut the unnecessary, and gathered everything into a pile.
