Twitter believes the world is a better place when different voices come together. The same goes for work culture: being a Tweep (someone working at Twitter) means having a say in what the future looks like. This fundamental belief inspired us to make Twitter's employer branding campaign all about the impact of their people's voices. In this campaign, we tell the story of four very unique individuals connected to four pillars of Twitter: #oneteam, #thousandvoices, #transparencyfirst, and #workyourownway.
We follow each person as they show us where they live, work, and find inspiration. We hear their vision and ideas, and their personality inspires a unique treatment for every single video. The code hacker sees his town being shaped by technical geometry, the person that brings communities together gets culture mash-ups, and the quietly inspired visual designer brightens her city with sparks of imagination. Our favorite? The wise Thaddeus that shares his knowledge in a red suitcase he takes with him everywhere he goes. As a final layer, we show how the brand gives color to the world with bright pops of turquoise, orange and red, and the iconic Fail-Whale popping up in different shapes and forms as a supporter for people that want their voices heard.
