Barely High is about getting people to recognize their own behaviour. People are over confident that they know when their high has worn off, but the reality is you remain impaired long after that “feeling” is gone…and you’re still impaired. The goal of the campaign is to make young Canadian pot-smokers think twice before getting behind the wheel – to consider waiting a few hours, ordering a ride-sharing service, or finding a designated drive.
