“THE SOUND OF COLOR”
AN EXPERIMENT TO SEE AGAIN
SYNESTHESIA IS A NEUROPHYSIOLOGICAL PHENOMENON BASED ON PERCEPTIONS TRANSFER FROM ONE SENSE TO ANOTHER.

FASHION IS MADE TO BE ENJOYED, AND ITS PURPOSE IS TO INCLUDE EVERYONE, NO MATTER THEIR CAPACITIES.
WE CREATED AND EXPERIMENT TO HELP ERIKA, A BLIND GIRL, TO CHOOSE CLOTES OF HER FAVORITE COLOR AGAIN.
WE CURATED A SELECTION OF CLOTHING THAT COVERED THE WHOLE CHROMATIC SPECTRUM AND ITS SOUND EQUIVALENCE.
THAT WAY, WHILE SHE DISCOVERED THE COLORS, THE SOUNDS SHE LISTENED WERE CREATED LIVE ACCORDING TO THEIR TONAL VALUE.
WHEN ERIKA STOPED IN THE SOUND SHE LIKED THE MOST, SHE WAS REALLY CHOOSING CLOTHES OF HER FAVORITE COLOR.
FOR SPRING SUMMER SEASON 2019, FASHION MARKET STORES IMPLEMENTED THIS TECHNOLOGY TO INTEGRATE BLIND PEOPLE.
