The Lincoln Motor Company collaborated with grammy award winning drummer, Karriem Riggins, to create a composition for the all-new Lincoln Aviator. Karriem utilized sounds of the Detroit Symphony Orchestra that were created specifically for the car’s electronic notifications systems (ie backup camera, warning chimes, safety sounds, etc) and remixed them into an originally created piece that he wrote specifically for the brand. This piece was then performed live during a pop up Lincoln event at the Shore Club Hotel in Miami for the Art Basel Festival. Exclusive invitations were sent to Lincoln owners and prospective buys for a one of a kind performance and special sneak peek at this new automobile. Lincoln launched live initiative through it’s Aviator Compositions series dedicated to the way music can interact with the Aviator.
