Tegra is one of the largest real estate developers in Brazil and has used its influence to launch a project that invites the entire industry to discuss solutions for noise pollution.

With the potential to give rise to a new category of ESG, we have created a new concept: noise compensation. To demonstrate how it works in practice, we have designed an interactive tool that cross-references data to:

1) Calculate the potential noise impact of a construction site on the people around it;

2) Display this impact in a visual and intuitive way;

3) Quantify this impact in a number measured in NI, a unit of measurement created by us;

4) Develop and suggest noise compensation projects that are compatible with the noise generated;

5) Promote the creation of more projects focused on sound Comfort with architects and engineers;

6) Contribute to bringing the discussion about the urgency of finding solutions to noise pollution to the industry and society as a whole.
