Differentiation is more important than ever for regional banks. Once preferred for their physical presence and personal relationships, regional banks are now playing defensive. They’re competing against well-funded national competitors through tech-savvy digital upstarts, and the physical presence of regional banks is no longer enough to stay relevant.
Because regional banks have specific geographic footprints, the innovation consulting team at R/GA set out to design research that would be nationally-representative to reflect the nation at large, but could also be filtered to a specific bank’s geographic footprint.
The end result is a configurable dataset that can be leveraged to generate highly specific, highly valuable insights for any particular regional bank.
