Suzanne Powers takes Non-Executive Chair Role at The Talent Business

The Talent Business, has appointed Suzanne Powers as non-executive chair of the board, effective March 2024. 

Suzanne will provide strategic counsel and ensure that the company is focused on meeting clients’ expectations as the Group embarks on a further phase of investment to deliver transformative leaders in a rapidly evolving and progressive global marketplace for senior talent .  

One of the most accomplished and revered global strategy leaders in the marketing landscape, Suzanne played a pivotal role in transforming McCann Worldgroup’s fortunes as global chief strategy officer and global president, forming a global leadership team which saw McCann Worldgroup earn top rankings at both Cannes & Effie Worldwide.

Suzanne has extensive global experience advising many of the world’s most famous companies and brands. She is in the process of launching her own consultancy, focused on helping organisations create the conditions where creativity can thrive.
