Mass Minority has announced that Jack Perone is joining as chief strategy officer.
Perone arrives at the agency after four years of building and leading the planning and analytics group of DDB Chicago. As CSO of DDB Chicago, Perone was responsible for leading the planning and analytics team in both Chicago and San Francisco, overseeing agency accounts and igniting the agency’s growth and new business momentum - including LifeLock, Fiat Chrysler, Miller Lite, and State Farm to name a few.
"I had a blast being a part of a leadership team in Chicago that in just a few years more than doubled the size of the Agency and transformed DDB to its rightful place as a creative leader," said Jack Perone.
Using Mass Minority’s world class technology platforms like the Values Technology Platform alongside the Brand Performance Monitor, Jack will be leading the charge in the integration of MM Technologies into the way mainstream marketers need to do business in the attraction economy.
"I wasn't going to come back to Canada for just any opportunity, but I just couldn't resist what Brett and his team were building at Mass Minority. Bringing data media and creativity together to drive better business results through mass attraction methodologies was something I had to be a part of. Brett is building the agency of the future from the ground up, not by bolting on data and analytics to a legacy structure like many network agencies do, but instead MM is investing in the data platforms needed to drive business,” said Mr. Perone.
"What attracts me most is the focus Brett has placed on talent and technology. He's assembled a great team of people and is actively investing in industry-leading marketing science that I believe transforms how we solve our client’s most challenging problems,” Jack went on to say.
Jack Perone starts with Mass Minority the second week of January and will be working out of the head office in Toronto, Canada.
