London-based agency Brave worked with rock legends Pink Floyd on the cover of the band’s new, hugely anticipated album, The Endless River.
Colin Jones, CD of Brave says: “We are proud to have been creative consultants for Pink Floyd. After being briefed on the project, we discovered digital artist Ahmed Eldin’s surreal work and it seemed like a perfect representation of what Pink Floyd wanted to communicate to their fans. It’s a true honour for Brave to have been involved with this project.”
Eldin is an 18-year-old Egyptian artist. His river of clouds image was chosen from hundreds of contributions as the band’s favourite and most poignant piece to grace the album. The album has been described as a tribute to Rick Wright, Pink Floyd’s keyboardist who died in 2008.
As well as becoming the cover artwork, the design will be showcased during an outdoor advertising campaign stretching across London, New York, LA, Sydney, Paris, Berlin and Milan.
