Madonna Badger, founder and chief creative officer at the Badger Agency (BA) announces the elevation of managing director Natalie Troubh to president. In addition, fashion industry veteran Michelle Kessler-Sanders has been appointed as director of brand development and growth strategy.

Kessler-Sanders joins the agency with extensive brand-side experience having served as president of Calvin Klein 205W39NYC; fashion director for T, accessories director at Vogue, fashion director of Juicy Couture, senior vice president at Donna Karan, and Vera Wang’s creative director and executive vice president.
The agency’s additional leadership team members include Executive Creative Director Clark Fisher; Head of Production Celeste Holt-Walters; and Head of Strategy & Innovation Alex Marsh. They are charged with further evolving the agency's capabilities with a focus on partnerships, innovation, and digital strategy to help clients navigate changes in the media landscape and fuel market-leading growth.
