In 2014, WWF's annual Living Planet Report stated that the animals of the world are doing worse than ever. The statistics were scary. To be able to turn things around, WWF needed to get the message out. Piano playing cats and sneezing pandas. People love to watch and share movies of cute animals. In fact, more than 11,700,000 videos appear on YouTube when you search for "animal". We posted online videos with titles like "Cute Pandas Dancing", "Polar Bears Hugging" and "Lovesick Gorillas". These titles along with cute thumbnails appeared when you searched for "animals". But once you clicked to watch the videos, all you got was a black screen with messages like: "This content is no longer available due to the deforestation of the world" or "... due to illegal wildlife trade".
