Who knows a city better than its locals, right? But what if we could show you your own city from a completely different perspective, taking you into haunts and hideaways that you didn’t know existed, and showing you how to visit these places whenever you felt like it?

A fledgling concept, we evolved Uber’s Hidden Cities to a platform that underlined Uber’s role as the enabler of these experiences, through a content series that showcases truly unique corners through the lens of truly unique people.

The content series includes true length films for each of our characters, with countless pieces of content created for different online platforms, including insta-stories that take viewers straight into the Uber app with the location preloaded to turn the inspiration directly into action.

The platform has taken on a life of its own. It started in Beirut, Cairo and Dubai and is now expanding to more and more cities around the Middle East, with Africa and Europe following closely in the next couple of years.
