In Autumn 2014 we were out and about spreading a little warmth in the North and Midlands for npower.

In support of their new brand proposition, ‘The Way Energy Should Be’, we created the npower Snug.

From the outside it looked like a giant red igloo. Inside it was a warm and cosy space for members of the public to come, get warm, shelter from the cold/rain and have a hot cuppa or a warm up in the npower heated massage chairs. npower staff were on hand for a natter on the sofa for customers who want to let off steam.

Our mobile Snug Squad also hit the towns and surrounding areas carrying out acts of warmness too. Helping people carry shopping, delivering cups of tea to bus queues, and giving away cosy hats, scarves and hand warmers to the most deserving. The Snug has proved a real success with people in Sunderland, Newcastle, Leeds, Nottingham, Birmingham and Sheffield.
