Wieden + Kennedy New York has launched its newest spot for Delta airlines, starring an adorable tedddy-bag.
The spot originated with the insight that Delta flies more people than any other airline. This insight was one that went beyond logistics to a deeper human truth of understanding the uncertainty the passenger seems to face at every turn. We used the journey of a bag as a metaphor for the passenger's experience. Treating that in a really human, empathetic way.
No Bag Left Behind is the latest evolution of the long-running "Keep Climbing" campaign by Delta Air Lines. The spot is a departure from the more rational, very documentary storytelling of the past. It is the first use of color since Keep Climbing began in 2010, directed by Noam Murro and accompanied by the voice over of Donald Sutherland.
