Creative agency group Tribal Worldwide Singapore has launched a new campaign for PAP Community Foundation (PCF) Sparkletots, Singapore’s largest preschool operator
The organisation, which runs over 360 preschools with 40,000+ children enrolled, raises the bar for preschool education through diverse learning programmes, improved facilities, and professional development opportunities.

The campaign challenges common misconceptions of PCF Sparkletots as a ‘void- deck preschool’ by showcasing the surrounding communities’ essential role in preparing Singaporeans tots for a bright future.

At the heart of the campaign is a 90-second TVC that takes viewers beyond the classroom to experience a magical world full of hands-on learning opportunities. Immersion in the community not only teaches important values like graciousness, respect, integrity, and teamwork but also fosters every child’s mental and spiritual growth. The Sparkletots curriculum leans into its surrounding communities to inspire the next generation of Singaporeans.

“By showing how lessons come alive in the community through the eyes of a child, we demonstrate that at Sparkletots, every school day is an adventure filled with inspiring, enriching, and fun lessons,” said Junqi Liao and Shawn Lam, Tribal Worldwide’s senior creative team.

Added Yvonne Tang, strategic planning and communications director at PCF Sparkletots Singapore. “This film is part of our ongoing efforts to attract a new generation of parents. Tribal Worldwide has done an exceptional job of showing what the kids experience, how they see the world, and how much they enjoy learning through our unique curriculum that focuses on character and values. Ultimately, these experiences will help shape them into people that make a difference in our world.”

Launched on 3 April, the campaign includes digital, social, MRT, and bus stop placements.
