The Talent Business has hired Helen Kimber as its first chief growth officer. She will lead The Talent Business’ global growth strategy across the Group’s US, European and Asia-Pac offices, working closely with Gary Stolkin, global CEO.

Helen re-joins Gary Stolkin and the Group’s global leadership team, having previously worked at The Talent Business 2008 – 2010.

With a unique background combining agency practice, marketing, and business development with over ten years of talent acquisition experience, Helen’s role will be to further develop The Talent Business’ global marketing and growth strategy, continuing the diversification of the Group’s executive search scope across brand owner, consultancy and the communications agency space worldwide. She will also develop additional product and service initiatives to fuel the growth of the business.

Helen’s previous experience comprises working with Executive and C-Suite Talent both in house and external, across a breadth of disciplines from Strategy to Business Leadership, Marketing and Creative. This, combined with seven years of agency business development and a grounding as agency practitioner and roles in both network and boutique agencies, ensure she brings cross functional, cross disciplinary and global skills to the new role.

Gary Stolkin, CEO said of the appointment, “Helen will play a pivotal role as we continue to scale and diversify within the marketing and communications space globally. She’s perfectly aligned with our values, and brilliantly equipped to deliver the strategic partnership our clients expect from the world leader in executive search for businesses fueled by innovation and creativity.”

Helen added, “There’s never been a better time to take on such an exciting role. In a constantly changing environment, with increased cross-pollination across discipline, experience and geography, The Talent Business is in a unique position to expand on their global position in Leadership, Innovation, and Creative Search. I can’t wait to (re)join the team!”
