TBWA\Media Arts Lab, the bespoke agency for Apple brought home 10 golds across eight different campaigns at the 60th International ANDY awards. Apple was also recognised as ‘Brand of the Year’ for achieving the highest number of wins across the most varied campaign executions.
Among the most awarded campaigns is Apple’s heart warming holiday film 'Fuzzy Feelings' - which seamlessly blended live-action with stop motion and Apple’s Shot on iPhone campaign 'The Invincibles', featuring tripod animals and disabled dogs whose lives change thanks to the cutting-edge LIDAR technology, which is available on every iPhone 15. Each campaign won two Golds in the Idea and Craft and Idea and Reset categories, respectively.
The accolades received by Apple and TBWA\Media Arts Lab stretch across campaigns created in Los Angeles, London, Mexico, and China. Apple’s Privacy campaign 'Waiting Room,' and Apple Watch 'Another Birthday,' won gold in Idea, and AirPods 'Quiet the Noise,' Made on iPad with David Hockney 'Bigger Christmas Trees,' Shot on iPhone campaign for Chinese New Year 'Little Garlic' and Shot on iPhone Film 'Huracán Ramírez vs. La Piñata Enchilada,' won gold in Craft.
Apple was awarded for work across its whole suite of products, each campaign demonstrating how the devices help protect your privacy on iPhone, save lives with Apple Watch, enhance accessibility with LiDAR technology on iPhone, and inspire creativity with iPad.
The ANDY Awards, organised by The Advertising Club of New York, is one of the advertising industry’s most prestigious honours, recognising creative excellence in advertising globally since 1964, through the following lenses: idea, craft, reset, and bravery. The show is known for its rigorous judging process, which involves leading industry experts awarding work with one level of award: Gold.
