SendGrid Elevates Your Email with a Metaphor-Filled Animated Story
Partizan director Colin Hesterly brings to life another storytelling adventure in his new film ‘Elevate’ for email service provider SendGrid. Demonstrating Colin’s distinctive retro-cool style, the film is full of colour and character, showcasing the cloud-based email service features and attributes.
The film’s protagonist Olivia goes on a metaphor-filled journey, from her overwhelming race against time to the futuristic and serene cloud-based life she earns with SendGrid. SendGrid approached Partizan and Colin directly to collaborate on the film idea and creation, which grew from an early creative vision to the final animated piece made at Partizan Studio.
Speaking of the campaign, Colin said: "It was such a delight when the team at SendGrid reached out. They have such a fantastic brand built not only on reliable products but great aesthetics as well. Working alongside each other, we decided not to focus on the intangible aspects of email and technology, but instead, create an emotional experience focused on the struggles of the ever-growing modern workload."
