Razorfish, the world leader in helping global brands drive business transformation, announce today the appointment of Jim Mason as Executive Director Strategy & Insight. Mason has transferred from the Razorfish Atlanta office and joins the London team, whose clients include Lloyds Banking Group, McDonald’s UK and Unilever, to formally establish and lead the practice, which unites strategy, insights, planning, and analytics capabilities, supporting existing client teams and growing account base.
Mason will be a member of the senior leadership team establishing the marketing strategy practice as a centre of excellence initially serving the UK then building out across Europe.Nurun offices in France and Italy that joined the Razorfish network at the end of 2014 add to German and UK reach.

Mason brings 18 years of professional experience solving unique business challenges for companies. With a focus on the retail industry, he has served a variety of clients including Zappos, Victoria’s Secret, J.Crew, Avon, Nordstrom, Foot Locker, and Tiffany & Co. Mason was located at Razorfish in Atlanta for 4.5 years where he led the strategy consulting discipline and sat on the senior leadership team. He was part of the business transformation at Delta Air Lines, led the strategic roadmap for Bridgestone, and supported other key clients including Southwest Airlines, AT&T, and CarMax.
Prior to Razorfish, Mason spent over six years at Deloitte Consulting leading transformational engagements for major companies. He was one of the early employees at Manhattan Associates designing and implementing complex technology solutions for multi-channel retailers. Mason has an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School where he was a Woodruff Scholar and an undergraduate engineering degree with highest honours from Georgia Tech.
