Previously at Yahoo! Harper joins Quantcast as Head of International Client Development

Quantcast, a technology company specializing in real-time advertising and audience measurement, announced the appointment of Marcus Harper as head of international client development today.

Prior to joining Quantcast, Harper was head of strategic accounts EMEA at Yahoo! for two years, where he was responsible for Yahoo!’s top EMEA clients. Harper held previous positions at Yahoo! as business director and automotive category director.

Harper has experience delivering great results within world-class organisations through solid financial expertise, commercial flair and an ability to create highly successful business partnerships.

Harper joins Quantcast’s London team with the remit of heading international client development, focusing on global brands and agencies.
