POSSIBLE London Announces Jo Hagger as UK Managing Director

POSSIBLE has hired Jo Hagger, former Google business leader and CIO of Glue Isobar, as UK Managing Director, based in the London office. Jo will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the agency and overall people management, working closely with newly appointed Head of Client Services Lizzie Snell and current UK CEO, Neil Miller. The appointment will allow Neil more time to focus on key accounts, new business development and agency growth.

Jo's experience spans some 20 years across the creative and media industries, including 11-years managing glue London as a founding member (becoming glue Isobar when it sold to Aegis in 2005, now known as Isobar). She joins from Google where she’s spent the past three years, moving from industry head in the UK agency team to EMEA People Operations business partner. Prior to this, Jo held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Sapient Nitro EMEA and was Head of Digital at leading industry intermediary, the AAR, overseeing its digital practice.

An active member of the digital-creative community, Jo is involved in a wide range of industry initiatives and bodies - including being a SheSays mentor, Creative Equals coach, Inspiring the Future volunteer, NABS mentor and trustee of Made in Hackney, as well as a long-serving member of WACL (Women in Advertising Communications London). She is also an accredited business coach and in recent years has been heavily involved with the Women@Google UK and Google Diversity & Inclusion programmes, helping to drive internal and external events, regular training and workshops.

Jo is the latest addition to a new leadership line up, appointed just weeks after POSSIBLE announced the promotion of Lizzie Snell to Head of Client services. She starts at the agency on Monday 5th June.
