Pablo continues to gather momentum with the recruitment of Harriet Knight, from Ogilvy as Head of Account Management; and Marcus Eley, from Grey as Head of Production. Tim Doust, founding Partner of FCB Inferno, will also join as Non-executive Chair.

Kirstin Ross-Macleod, former Head of Account Management will be promoted to Client Services Director, whilst Harriett Knight will become the new Head of Account Management. Knight will join from Ogilvy where she has been running Dove as Global Business Director for 3 and a half years. Previously she spent 3 years at Karmarama and JWT.

Dave Day has been promoted to joint ECD with Tim Snape. He Joined the agency from W+K just over a year ago where he had run 3 and Arla. He will be made a partner and will work with Tim to develop the creative department over the coming months.

Tim Doust has joined Pablo in a newly created role. Tim will work with Pablo CEO, Gareth Mercer, to drive business growth and provide general counsel.

In an advertising career that spans over 30 years Tim founded Inferno in 2000, which was acquired by Interpublic Group at the end of 2013 and subsequently rebranded FCB Inferno. Under Tim’s leadership the agency achieved many notable new business successes, including being named lead agency to create a Nokia brand campaign in 2011, global lead agency for BMW in 2014 and repeatedly appointed to the government roster.

Tim Doust says “Pablo has built the most fantastic platform from which to build on. Outstanding work, an excellent new business record and a humble ethos make this an incredibly attractive agency to be part of and I look forward to working with Gareth and the team to propel the agency into its next chapter of growth”.

Marcus Eley will join as Head of Production reporting into Peter Moulton, Pablo’s MD. Marcus joins from Grey London where he spent 5 years as a Senior Producer overseeing production on key pieces of business including Vodafone UK, Volvo and M&S. He produced last years ‘Spend it Well’ re-launch for M&S and most recently the 60sec animated film for McVities ‘Sweeter Together’ launch campaign.

Pablo CEO, Gareth Mercer, says “These are significant appointments for Pablo. Tim doesn’t just bring a wealth of experience and his incredible network to Pablo, he brings his infectious enthusiasm and boundless energy that proved so potent for Inferno. Harriet and Marcus feel like real finds; bright, smart and ambitious with a real commitment to crafting great work and looking after their teams. Even more important than all that however, has been the progress of Dave and Kirstin. I can’t wait to see what they do next. They are super talents and we are lucky to have them as part of our team. We hope to share a few more big announcements towards the end of the year and are excited by the caliber of talented people attracted to and growing within Pablo, it’s a bit mind blowing to be honest!
