O&M Singapore Named Digital Agency of the Year at Gong Creative Circle Awards 2016

Ogilvy & Mather Singapore was named Digital Agency of the Year at the Gong Creative Circle Awards 2016, taking home 24 awards including 8 Golds, 7 Silvers, 5 Bronzes as well as the highly coveted Best of Show awards in the Mobile and Direct categories for Singtel and Allianz respectively. Other clients scoring metal included Unilever, Toys ‘R’ Us’, OOGACHAGA and The Life Foundation. Augustus Sung was named Young Copywriter of the Year.

Chris Riley, Group Chairman, Ogilvy & Mather Singapore, said, “Winning Digital Agency of the Year is a fantastic reflection on a year focused on driving digital transformation and the advancement of our modern marketing services offerings which include data analytics, customer engagement, marketing automation, user experience (UX) design, and digital media. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank our clients for placing their trust in us, and also to congratulate all of our industry peers who were recognised in the show.”

Organised by the Association of Accredited Advertising Agents Singapore (4As), the CCA is a celebration of Singaporean creativity that recognises the industry’s leading local talents. The awards encompass all facets of creative communications across five major disciplines: advertising, design, interactive, promotions, and direct mail.

Eugene Cheong, Chief Creative Officer, Ogilvy & Mather Singapore and Asia Pacific, said, “I am incredibly proud of all the work that was featured. And I am incredibly proud of my team. What connects the winning cases is that they all exhibit both local impact and global influence, and stand testament to the strong creative bench that we have here in Singapore.”
