MullenLowe Vietnam, part of global creative network MullenLowe Group, announced today the appointment of Executive Creative Director Adrian McNamara who joins the MullenLowe Vietnam leadership team based out of Ho Chi Minh City.

The agency has received numerous industry accolades as of late for their clients, including a Silver award at AdFest, and Gold at the APAC Tambuli Awards in 2016. MullenLowe Vietnam was also recognized by WARC with the Prize for Asian Strategy in 2015.

McNamara is an industry veteran who joins MullenLowe Vietnam from OgilvyOne Vietnam where he was responsible for the creation of integrated and digital engagement campaigns for major clients Kimberly Clark, Nestlé and Unilever Vietnam. McNamara drove the OgilvyOne creative team to achieve new business wins including ACB Bank, Samsung and Tourism Vietnam. In 2015, McNamara helped OgilvyOne to become a global winner of the Cannes Chimera Initiative, in partnership with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. McNamara has worked across various categories including FMCG, telecommunications, insurance and banking.

Of his new appointment, McNamara stated, “The opportunity to join the team at MullenLowe Vietnam was a no brainer. It's an exciting time to be in Vietnam; the market dynamics are ripe with opportunity to create work that challenges the norm. It’s my aim to deliver an unfair share of attention for our clients as we carve our place in this changing communications landscape, and I look forward to helping grow the team and the agency.”

Michel Borelli, Managing Director, MullenLowe Vietnam stated, “Adrian’s arrival coincides with a new phase of development for our agency. As clients are increasingly looking for agencies to deliver integrated work, we have been reinventing our agency model, aggressively extending our digital capabilities, updating our offering with branded content, design, as well as other practices like experiential. We needed creative excellence on all fronts, and Adrian’s remarkably broad skill set make him the ideal person to get us there. We couldn’t be more pleased to welcome Adrian to the MullenLowe family.”
