M2Film - Danish Production Agency of the Year

M2Film has recently been named Production Agency of the year in Denmark at the True Awards, in light of its latest project ‘The Bus’. 

 

‘The Bus’ featured a Danish public bus that virtually rode around the world due to a commercial for Midttrafik received close to three million views within days of launching. 

 

With nine nominations on five different films, M2Film was widely represented and the award as Production Agency of the Year reflected just that.

 

M2 founder Mads Munk was delighted at the ceremony in Copenhagen, Denmark: “I’m proud. I’m very proud. But the true honour goes out to our 146 people in Denmark and Bangkok who put in all their creative effort to reach this milestone. Obviously we’re excited and we look forward to continue our winning collaboration with advertisers and agencies.” 

 

M2Film first gained international attention about three years ago when Michael Arrington claimed that their film for Fleggaard was ”quite simply the best commercial ever made”. A few weeks later, it had more than 10 million views. On YouTube and www.m2film.dk, films produced by M2Film now have more than 70 million views.

 

M2Film covers all aspects of film production and works for advertisers like LEGO, Coca-Cola, Carlsberg, Vestas and Grundfos.
