Havas Chicago launches new installation designed to extend awareness of the disease

#HavasPeepShow Offers Some Revealing Facts About Breast Cancer

With one week remaining for National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, ad agency Havas Chicago has unveiled a provocative new installation designed to extend awareness of the disease and raise funds for the cause.

Havas Chicago, which is located on a prominent corner of Grand Ave and Wabash in Chicago’s bustling River North neighborhood, next door to Eataly and across from the Nordstrom flagship store, has transformed its window-lined lobby into a full-fledged “Peep Show,” complete with flashing pink neon lights that beckon passers by to check out “TOPLESS GIRLS.”

Once curious viewers look inside the peepholes, they are confronted with sobering facts about breast cancer hand-painted on sleek nude black mannequins.

Viewers are encouraged to use the hashtag #HavasPeepShow to show support for the cause. For every photo posted using the hashtag, the agency will donate $1 to breast cancer research.
The installation was unveiled on Saturday, Oct. 24 and will run through Nov. 10, 2015. Extending the run beyond October is a part of the agency’s stance that breast cancer awareness should last longer than just a month.
