Last shortlists revealed ahead of tonight's awards

The European Festival of Creativity, Eurobest, is now into its final day seeing even more unmissable seminars as well as academies and the judging of the Young Creatives Competition.

Earlier today, the final shortlists were released for the Film Craft, and Integrated categories. A total of 829 entries have been shortlisted for the 2013 awards ahead of the announcement of the winners, which will be revealed by the jury presidents at tonight’s Awards Show.

Yesterday delegates enjoyed sessions presented by the likes of Tor Myhren, President & Worldwide Chief Creative Officer at Grey; world-renowned footballer Luís Figo who with Al Moseley of 180 Amsterdam explored how creative bravery flourishes through displacement and migration; Darin Brown from Crispin Porter + Bogusky talked about career risks; and Dusan Drakalski of New Moment Macedonia’s  presentation on Faith in Creativity which investigated the logistics of involving religious leaders from the Islamic and Christian communities received a standing ovation. A great line-up of workshops have also been given throughout the Festival from Tracks & Fields, Match & Candle, Jack Morton and Rob Gray, author of Great Brand Blunders.

Placing emphasis on the development of young talent, Eurobest also offers two academies. The Young Marketers Academy, led by tutor Alex d’Arte, gives targeted learning for young professionals working for client companies from across Europe. Dedicated sessions have included speakers Matias Palm Jensen, Diogo Ferreira da Costa and Zoe Lazarus. The Young Account Executive Academy helps to inspire the continent's young agency account executives to lead groundbreaking creativity and has been led by tutor Kevin Allen. They have enjoyed academy sessions from Tor Myhren, Alan Parker and Gwyn Jones. Both academies have taken place across the three day Festival allowing unbeatable learning opportunities as well as the chance to benefit from the inspirational Festival programme. This afternoon, they will graduate from their respective academies in dedicated graduation ceremonies.

All of the shortlisted work has been available for delegates to view throughout the Festival, providing the perfect environment to absorb the innovations and creativity currently coming out of Europe. The shortlists can be viewed at www.eurobest.com. The winners will be available online after tonight’s Awards Ceremony.
