With 'Delayed Flights', Carnibird director Samir Mallal visually immerses audiences in a touching narrative. In this new instalment of the Orange saga, technology and emotional storytelling come together by happy accident.
The spot takes place at an airport on Christmas Eve, where two characters - Paul and May Lin - are stranded due to delayed flights. Yet their eyes meet and, slowly, they get to know each other. Little by little and with the help of their iPhone X, they break the ice and the language barrier.
The next day, when Paul's plane is about to take off, a surprise awaits him.
