Dani Filer Appointed Global Director of Communications & Marketing of Dentsu Aegis Network

Dentsu Aegis Network today announces the appointment of Dani Filer to the role of Global Director of Communications & Marketing, Dentsu Aegis Network. Based at Dentsu Aegis Network’s global headquarters in London, Dani will report into Jerry Buhlmann, CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network.

In her new role Dani will have strategic responsibility for promoting and developing the agency brands of Dentsu Aegis Network, its products, services and its executives, as well as delivering effective, agile and integrated communications to all stakeholders through the leadership of the Global Communications Network.  

With extensive communications and change management experience, Dani joins Dentsu Aegis Network from Travelex, where she has spent the last five years as Communications Director. In this role Dani had responsibility for driving the Global Communications & PR team to successfully raise the profile of the Travelex brand, accountability for the Corporate and Consumer PR agendas, and for managing business change and for transforming employee communication and engagement through an internal digital and social approach.

Prior to working at Travelex Dani was Associate Director at Ogilvy PR in Australia, responsible for communications, CSR and change management programmes for key global FMCG clients, and she also held senior strategic positions at Accenture.
