Avantgarde Activates Second Honda Stand at Geneva Motor Show

Following last year’s successful Honda Motor Europe stand at the IAA in Frankfurt, Avantgarde have designed and implemented Honda’s 2000sqm European stand at this year’s Geneva Motor Show which opened its doors on March 3rd. The stand boasted an upper level hospitality area from which guests could take in a panoramic view of the stand and the wider show.

The Honda stand showcased 18 models including the Civic hatchback tenth-generation prototype, which was unveiled to the global press against the backdrop of the spectacular Honda Dream Wave. The Dream Wave, which was produced using 100sqm of LED screens, was suspended overhead immersing stand visitors in the world of Honda and spanned the full range of vehicles.

In addition to creating and building the stand, the team brought to life the journey of Honda’s Fuel Cell Technology research through an interactive feature which educated visitors on Fuel Cell Technology and allowed them to discover the new Clarity model through different touch points. With Geneva still under way, the team are already working on plans for the Paris Motor Show and another showcase for Honda’s Power of Dreams.

Richard Leonard of Honda Motor Europe said: “Once again Avantgarde and their partners have done an incredible job with arguably the best Honda stand at Geneva ever. They continue to raise the bar show to show, and we already can’t wait to see what they come up with for Paris. A great team and a pleasure to work with.”
