Alex Tagaroulias Named ECD of Saatchi & Saatchi Indonesia

Alex Tagaroulias has joined Saatchi & Saatchi as Executive Creative Director Indonesia.

Alex will lead Saatchi & Saatchi’s creative efforts in Indonesia. Tagaroulias has been with the agency since April, working on a short-term contract basis. He will report to Shannon Cullum, Saatchi & Saatchi CEO for Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia.

“Alex has come in and made an immediate impact these past four months – we’ve produced some great work for major clients, and won some exciting new business as well. Most importantly, he’s help re-energize the agency and instil a new sense of pride and passion in our work. He’s a great addition to Saatchi & Saatchi APAC’s impressive list of ECDs,” says Cullum.

New business wins since Tagaroulias’ arrival include Pertamina Oil and Gas, Air Asia, Petra Foods’ SilverQueen, Top and Rock’r chocolate brands, and a new corporate assignment from long standing client Toyota.

Prior to joining Saatchi & Saatchi in Indonesia, Alex Tagaroulias spent 2 years with McCann-Erickson in Singapore and 15 years as a writer with various multinationals in Melbourne and Sydney.
