Job Description:

As a Sales and Outreach Specialist for Conero Film + ADV, you will play a crucial role in driving ticket sales for our event and encouraging the submission of outstanding video productions. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Ticket Sales:

• Proactively reach out to potential attendees, including individuals and representatives from ad agencies, production companies, and related industries.
• Utilize your knowledge of the international advertising industry to identify key players and decision-makers.
• Present the value of attending Conero Film + ADV and tailor your pitch to meet the specific needs and interests of potential attendees.
• Achieve and exceed assigned ticket sales targets.

2. Video Production Submissions:

• Engage with filmmakers, content creators, and production companies to encourage the submission of their video productions to Conero Film + ADV.
• Provide information on submission guidelines, deadlines, and benefits of participating in the event.
• Foster relationships with key figures in the industry to enhance the event's reputation and attract high-quality submissions.

3. Communication and Relationship Management:

• Conduct outreach through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to build and maintain relationships with potential attendees and content creators.
• Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries related to ticket purchases and video submissions.

4. Workload Management:

• Efficiently manage your workload, ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate record-keeping, and regular reporting on sales and outreach activities.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the international advertising industry, including ad agencies, production companies, and thought leaders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of Conero Film + ADV.
• Comfortable working independently and managing a remote workload.
• Must be fluent in English. Italian an advantage.
