The Serviceplan Group is the largest owner and partner-managed agency group in Europe. In the Houses of Communication, the only fully integrated agency model in Germany, all manner of communication disciplines work under one roof; whether brand strategists, creative professionals, media, design or online specialists, web designers, dialogue or CRM experts, market researchers, PR consultants, sales or content specialists – at Serviceplan, everybody works together.
Dr. Peter Haller and Rolf O. Stempel launched the agency in
Munich in 1970 with two employees and one customer. Together, they believed in
a new type of agency: interdisciplinary, holistic and integrated. The project's
name expressed this. Serviceplan has been growing continuously since then. Each
House of Communication combines all modern communication disciplines under one
roof – all working together.
Around 40 specialist companies are combined under the
umbrella of the Serviceplan Group, and they can be divided into four major
agency brands: Mediaplus founded in 1983 for national and international media
planning and purchasing, followed in 1986 by Facit market research and Plan.Net
in 1997, which is the digital agency of the Group, covering the entire online
