MediaCom Beyond Advertising sits at the heart of MediaCom: The Content + Connections Agency. Content only achieves its potential when it is designed, managed and integrated with every other element of a communications system. MBA is positioned around three core areas: content strategy, content creation and content distribution. Each team comprises experts in all forms of content.
Content Strategy is key to MBA’s alignment with the 20|20 proposition. This team will use the 3 ‘I’s framework (Inspire, Inform, Involve) to build strategies that shape the entire output of MBA. Its work will include content audits, insight and measurement.
Content Creation is the creative and production team. The creative team write, storyboard, design and develop brilliant creative ideas off the back of the strategy work undertaken by the Content Strategy team, while the multi-disciplined producers oversee production and project management. Content Creation works across all types of content, be it original content creation in video, digital, experiential and social content (such as always-on editorial and community management) or in commercial partnerships with a brand or media owner.
Content Distribution is focused on getting people to see, and to engage with, the content MBA produces. Content Distribution is made up of the SEO function and organic distribution methods such as influencer outreach, seeding and paid social.
