With creative by Des Kavanagh and Kirk Bannon at Irish International, the spot highlights the ongoing homeless crisis in Ireland at a pivotal time. The inimitable rapper and actor Tommy KD reads the Proclamation from a sleeping bag in various locations that saw action during the Easter Rising Centenary, poignantly often home to rough sleepers today.
