Y&R Thailand Names Oliver Kittipong Veerataecha President
Y&R today announced the appointment of Oliver Kittipong Veerataecha to the newly-created role of President, Y&R Thailand. He is promoted from Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer, and Head of Strategic Brand Consultancy Unit ‘ENERGY’.
Oliver will lead agency vision & strategy, while still heading up strategic planning on key existing and new clients. Renowned as an outstanding brand strategist and mentor in the region, he has been instrumental to Y&R’s growth & driving the network’s proprietary research. In the new role, Oliver will continue to lead Y&R’s University outreach, attracting and nurturing great talent, plus overseeing internal training and alignment amongst various departments.
Oliver will also work closely with Sanjay Bhasin CEO Southeast Asia, on acquisitions and the development of new growth engines for Y&R.

Oliver has seventeen years of work and academic collaboration in the discipline of brand communication management, spanning business consulting, creative marketing strategy and has anchored strategic development with several blue-chip clients for both local and multi-national corporations. Having started his career in digital media at The Nation Multimedia Group, Oliver is a brand strategy columnist, an avid consumer insight / trend analyst, Marketing Association of Thailand and major national universities’ academic advisory board member. His extensive experience in marketing research & business intelligence at TNS bolsters a wealth of knowledge in syndicated & customised consumer studies across multiple sectors. Client experience includes BMW, Colgate Palmolive, Tourism Authority of Thailand, Dumex, King Power, Cerebos, SCG, Sansiri Real Estate, TMB etc.
