Laughlin Constable presents everyday moments of financial hardship and then reminds people to “get back to the good” with the help of World Finance

An unexpected car repair. Doctor’s bills. A fried laptop. We all hit those financial bumps in the road. But even though bad things happen in life there’s also plenty of good. World Finance helps people get over the bad and get back to the good by providing the financial help they need. That’s the message behind the new brand campaign from Laughlin Constable.



For over 50 years, World Finance has helped people realise their financial goals by offering fixed rate and payment loan solutions. After winning the business last March, LC set out to reposition the brand in the cluttered category of personal loans. First with an entirely new strategic foundation, followed by new brand standards, a new logo and ultimately an integrated brand campaign consisting of online video, digital, social, radio, in-store posters and out-of-home.



The new campaign features everyday moments of financial hardship and then reminds people to “get back to the good” with the help of World Finance. “We were inspired by World Finance’s empathy and commitment to getting to know their customers beyond just an application number,” said Lisa Bennett, chief creative officer of Laughlin Constable. “From the logo to the advertising to the internal communications, it was important that we reflect the good that World Finance provides their customers every day.”
