Nati Martin, Flor Ciampi and Marcos Hernández launch new production service company

“People usually think that shooting in countries like Argentina, Chile, Uruguay or Brazil demands a huge setup, old school production structures, and that many areas are unreachable for small projects,” announces Flor Ciampi.

But this is something that made Marcos, Nati and Flor joined forces to change. They are definitely not millennials, but ‘Generation X Producers’ who are now making the calls. 

Each one of them has their own personality and background that they bring into any project they're working on, giving it more than just goals and standards along the way; they also concentrate on having a good time at work, and achieving a smooth process which they feel matters as much as the final product. 

“Having an amusing process, making friends while at work, learning from one another, giving this crazy and sometimes overwhelming business a warm human touch is one of our most important objectives,” says Flor Ciampi. 

They are determined to shatter the misconception of what projects are worth bringing to the region. If you are eager to listen, they are eager to say it: “We are the real alternative to major production service companies in the region,” claims Nati Martin. “There is a lot of talk about being flexible and adaptable, but little is done. We are all Producers that know how to work a budget; we know all the money we could save if we present our clients a real choice. They have the power to decide, and that’s what team work is about.” 

For Marcos Hernández, WeSouth is changing the face of South American production services. “It’s your call! Reduce fixed costs to avoid big overhead and acquire the boldness of thinking outside the box, plus the fact that we have among all of us the most impressive resume of the past 15 years in South America to support any project - from a Super Bowl campaign, to a low budget Music Video!”

WeSouth was conceived more as a “Project” rather than a Company.  This gathering of producers, with a diverse background of experience in commercials, TV shows, features films, photoshoots, BTL, activations, and documentaries, believes there is still a lot to be done. 

Nati Martin sums up in saying, “We promise to burst into the market stronger than anyone else, and that´s because we are our own product."

WeSouth is based in Argentina, Chile, Uruguay and Brazil and is prepared to tackle any project as they attempt to change the face of production in South America.
