Val DiFebo Announces Reorganisation of Deutsch NY
Deutsch NY CEO, Val DiFebo, has announced a reorganisation of the media, communications planning and data teams, currently overseen by Chief Channel Planning & Investment Officer, Anush Prabhu. Pending Prabhu's departure, a re-alignment between data and tech, and comms planning and creative will ensue.
“There has been a natural gravitation and a growing collaboration occurring between our tech and data departments, as well as our creative and comms planning teams," said DiFebo. “We have an incredibly strong leadership team already in place who will serve as the key pillars ensuring our continued success. This will optimise our creative and media output."
The new structure unites:
· Communications Planning & Creative: Matthew George, Director of Communications Planning, will align more closely to the creative product and report into Chief Creative Officer, Dan Kelleher.
· Data & Technology: Strengthening the tie between data and tech, Rich VanSteenburgh, Director of Data Analytics, will now report to Chief Technology Officer, Trevor O’Brien.
· Media: Deutsch's Karen Benson, Director of Integrated Media, along with Maureen Burzynski, Director of Local Buying, will now report into Chief Operating Officer, Erica Grau.
