Unlimited Group Launches Human Understanding Agency Walnut Unlimited

Walnut Unlimited - a new research agency focused on ‘human understanding’ - is launched this week by the Unlimited Group with the coming together of four of the business’s existing insight agencies.

From December 1st, ICM Unlimited, ICM Direct, Marketing Sciences Unlimited and Walnut Unlimited will form a single research offer under the Walnut Unlimited brand, led by existing Insight Managing Director Jane Rudling.

The combining of four complementary, gold standard agencies into a single research powerhouse will deliver a new offer, encompassing the best of the existing agencies, which is greater than the sum of its individual parts.

At the heart of this delivery proposition is a single concept – human understanding – and a commitment to underpinning this with no-nonsense science to generate purposeful insights.

The agency’s offer will include: neuroscience, behavioural psychology and behavioural economics across key areas including retail and customer experience/engagement, technology, financial, FMCG (all stages of pack and product development), brand and communications/media.

ICM Unlimited’s flagship public sector and social research team, which incorporates its famous public polling offer, will retain the ICM Unlimited brand.

The launch of the new agency, Walnut Unlimited, is the latest development in the Unlimited Group’s journey to simplify its offer by creating best in class agencies which are each a leader in their respective specialism. Walnut Unlimited will continue to work closely with the other agencies in the Group and put insight at the heart of every agency.
