Town Square, Melbourne creative director Brendan
Day has been awarded a prestigious scholarship to study the Executive
MBA program at the Berlin School of Creative Leadership.
Day is
the first Australian to win the Lürzer's Archive Creative Leadership
Scholarship which attracts entries from across the world. Lürzer's
Archive is a resource for advertising professionals and each year
invests in the next generation of creative minds through a scholarship
to the Berlin School of Creative Leadership.
The Berlin School is
the world's first educational institute dedicated solely to the
development of creative business leadership. It was founded in 2006 with
the launch of the first global Executive MBA program which was
tailor-made for creative industries.
Day has worked at the full-service Melbourne independent for more than
ten years, working on clients including APT Group, Visit Ballarat and
Sovereign Hill.
As part of the Executive MBA program he will
travel to Berlin; Shanghai; Tokyo; New York and Berkeley, California.
The program is built on the belief that creativity and leadership are
key for any business to succeed and innovate.
