International production company The Sweet Shop was a big winner at the 5th annual Ad Stars Festival last weekend, taking home five awards for excellence in advertising.
In attendance was Claire Davidson, Executive Producer for The Sweet Shop in Asia and M.E.N.A., who said, “Ad Stars 2012 was a really comprehensive advertising festival this year, with a lot of entries and attendance from within Asia and also internationally; 52 countries in all. The level of work entered was of a high standard, and I was particularly proud to have been a part of it with our wins for The Sweet Shop.”
Among the evening’s top winners were the Crystal Award winning spots ‘Change Room’ and ‘The Great Wine Depression’ from director Steve Ayson, and ‘Glass Organs’ from director Noah Marshall.
Judges also presented Ben Quinn’s ‘Play Melbourne’ and Sam Holst’s ‘Shoelaces’ with Bronze Awards.
