Editor Owen Oppenheimer has recently turned his cutting hand to two charming commercials.
First up is the new Natwest ad directed by Another Film Company’s Steve Reeves and written by M&C Saatchi. This film aims to enlighten how the new Natwest Reward account works for customers demonstrated by a husband’s heartwarming devotion to collect his rewards to surprise his partner.
Aptly accompanied by Cher soundtrack “It all adds up now”, the message is further conveyed as the film was cut to the beat of the track.
Next up is the latest instalment from Save the Children created by adam&eve DDB to raise the annual awareness of ‘Den Day’ which returns 17th & 18th June.
Working once again alongside talented Thomas Thomas director Karen Cunningham, Owen’s edit is playfully charming and showcases how this super-fun family fundraiser invites the British public to unleash their imaginations and build their ultimate den. With super performances that Karen is renowned for extracting, Den Day 2016 aims to highlight the issues faced by children refugees around the world who don’t have a safe place to sleep or play.
