The Quarry Welcomes Back Prestigious Editor Gary Forrester
Gary Forrester has returned to The Quarry.
His multifarious style has seen him cut numerous commercials for the likes of Guinness, Mercedes, Google, Fifa and Samsung amongst others and music videos for George Fitzgerald and Lapalux.
Bruce Townend Editor/Partner says “We’ve always kept a close eye on Gary from afar, and we’ve been so impressed by his diverse and fascinating journey. We’re so thrilled to be welcoming him back into the fold.”
Gary’s film credits include Feature Documentary “Radioman”, directed by Mary Kerr about a former homeless man who turned to movies to escape poverty and ended up starring in over 100 films and befriending the likes of George Clooney, Johnny Deep, Meryl Streep and Matt Damon to name a few. The film won the Grand Jury Prize at Doc NYC and was Grierson nominated. It also played at numerous festivals worldwide.
His most recent film Access All Areas, an indie drama directed by Bryn Higgins (Black Mirror) about an unlikely gang of teens that runaway to experience their first ever music festival has been nominated for 4 National Film Awards including best picture.

I have always stayed in touch with Bruce and Paul so when they told me about their expansion into the US with WAX and the exciting opening of Youngster, it just felt like time to come home!
