Tara Moss Joins R/GA Portland as Managing Director

R/GA has announced that Tara Moss will be joining its Portland office as managing director. In this role, Tara will lead the office in partnership with the existing leadership team to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. She will report to Sean Lyons, President, R/GA US.

Tara is a digital native who brings over 15 years of experience leading projects that span strategy, communications, design, and product and service development. She is well versed in the broad range of disciplines practised at R/GA. Tara comes to R/GA from Dentsu Aegis Network (DAN), where she most recently served as head of business transformation and global consulting, reporting to the agency's global chief strategy and innovation officer. At DAN, Tara managed the global consulting strategy and business plan. This included the role of consulting within the holding company, mergers and acquisitions, and management of the agency’s internal startup, Jumptank.

Prior to her leadership at DAN, Tara served as the managing operator of Jumptank. There, her primary focus was leading digital transformation for adidas. Tara reported directly to the adidas board, via the athletics company’s president, and led multiple critical initiatives for the business. Her work helped establish adidas’s Digital Brand Commerce Division and Digital Leadership Team, consisting of SVP and C-level executives responsible for end-to-end digital transformation.
