In other news, Spark44 has recently made three major hirings. Kate Waugh as new Global Business Director for Land Rover, previously a global lead on Philips at Ogilvy, Jon Busk as global business director for Jaguar with stints at Leo Burnett, 18 Feet & Rising and DDB London where he worked across Volkswagen for nine years and Moray McLaren who joins as Business Director with a focus on all of Jaguar and Land Rover’s Editorial Channels.
